I've had 17 years of christmas's, and I'll tell you now, each one gets more boring as it goes on. Especially when you don't get an xBox or a Wii to keep you entertained all day. My nephew gets a bunch of DS games and I get chocolate. ...okay, so it's not all that bad  But every year, I get closer to my family as each christmas arrives. There is always someone new to spend christmas with, whether it be a niece or even a girlfriend, even your brother's friends or anything. It sometimes seems to me that I've been raised upon a "False Christmas", as I like to call it. Where it's focused on gift-giving rather than on the Birth of Christ. Even though my family isn't even religious. Besides the point. Anyway, I know see that everybody is a lot happier on Christmas. It's the one day everyone is totally jolly and there's nothing wrong with everything. All is well. It saddens me to see that there seems to be only one day in a whole year which is like this. I wish everyday could have that Christmas feel to it. Families together, friends together, even those who don't get on well seem to do so. It's an amazing feeling which to me, I only get on the 25th December. The gifts for me are what people deserve, and I think pretty much everybody deserves something. Some people don't deserve anything at all for Christmas, not even a card. It's false, yes, but it still feels right to me. Even for those who do not celebrate Christmas, there is still the feeling of joy in the air. Everyone can feel it. This is why Christmas for me is so damn special. It's just the one time of year everyone chills out. So I say to everyone who reads this, have a Merry Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanza and other related holidays in December, and have a Rocking New Year. I hope everyone is as close to their families today as I am. If you aren't, I suggest doing so now. It's seriously the best feeling in the world. |

Just an update: I fixed the Arcade for anyone who noticed it screwed up over the last few days! I'll be posting a news bulletin tomorrow wishing y'all a merry christmas, and I'll write a little speech like I did last year (If anyone remembered that )Merry evemas! |

Seriously. I have had no motivation to bother updating in a month. That's low. I haven't even tried working on articles for the game pages either. Maybe my so called staff members can fix that Yeah, so I updated the news bit and added links to browsers that make this website look decent. That's pretty much it. Also, big warning. Do NOT upload avatars onto the NE system. You won't be able to use avatars properly again. Trust me. I screwed the coding over somehow, and now the gallery doesn't want to work and when you upload an avatar, it screws up, then you replace it with a URL avatar and it stays about 30x30 in dimension. I'll fix it when I actually know what's wrong. G'night. 14 Days 'Til Xmas |
